Deniz Helvacı was born in Ankara.


He received his legal education at the Faculty of Law of Ankara Atılım University and completed his legal internship at the Ankara Bar Association, after which he began practicing as a self-employed attorney.

He provides legal representation and consultancy services to both individuals and legal entities in various fields, including Criminal Law, Divorce Law, Administrative Law, Labor Law, Inheritance Law, Consumer Law, Rental Law, Real Estate Law, Corporate Law, Foreign Nationals Law, Constitutional Court Individual Applications, and European Court of Human Rights Applications.

With an awareness of the importance of legal expertise required for qualified defense and representation, foreseeing outcomes that may work in favor of or against his clients, and ensuring the proper conduct of judicial processes, he practices his profession independently and freely.

He is a member of the Ankara Bar Association Attorney Rights Center and

the Ankara Bar Association Animal Rights Center.
